Amalgamate

Lost without a moment to spare.
So many possibilities and so little time.
Escaping clear direction while knowing what to choose.
So worried about losing ones self.
Forced change a constant thing.
Triviality has become so important it eclipses importance.
The need is barely acted upon.
The want is more important.
Enlightenment of our souls coalesce.
Our minds reject it.
We feel confused until the moment it becomes clear.
Then we forget.
Hopefully we forgive.
Optimism has worth how ever fleeting.
Excess is simply known.
Without the pain how can we understand the pleasure?
Transmogrification of the cycle.
This is the true path of life.
Of our lives.

Internal Battle Outside

Those simple pleasures, enjoyed just a little too much.
This is an opposite; look the water cannot rise while you stand tall.
Delving into the sound or music of it all emerses you.
So weird that it's totally techno psycho like-o.
Break it and hide it means big trouble if you aren't full.
So silly that you're not able to reach it.
160 or 500 I suppose.
So many miles away you can't reach it.
You can almost.
Can you see it?
You know where it is.
I'll show you.
Right under your nose.

Too Much Too Little Too Late

Hearing the music.
Seeing the children.
Loving my wife.
Working the numbers.
Creating the future.
And writing into the next life.
It all goes by so fast.
Taking the time to make it last just an instant longer is what we all live for.

Back Again

I have neglected the wizard, but even more the scout.
I'm speaking of reality without a doubt.
The sorcerer has been exiled to a new abode.
Forced to serve and neglected in true aspect as well.
The saddest of all is the paladin of old.
Torn asunder and left all alone.
Realize that what I am refering to is my home computer network.
Strange, isn't it?

The Feeling

We all have that first and last feeling that is the most subtle.
This thing that drives us to relax and take in the world.
The place inside that we forget and revisit when we need it most.
Gluttony allows us to take hold and control this.
A change needs to happen in order to allow us to become one with this.
We are waiting for each other to evolve.
What we are waiting for needs to be seized and forced into existence.
Only then will ascension be possible.

Essence of Neutrality

To be in complete harmony with your surroundings is a lofty goal.
Finding the place somewhere in between right and wrong is most difficult.
The struggle to not take a side and still have an acceptable outcome is never ending.
This is the path less traveled.
No recognition or fame comes from this and it represents the true form of being humble.
Action is often necessary, but requires one walk a faint line in order to ensure the affect is not tipping the balance.
To Be One

20071210

Amalgamation of Ones and Zeroes

Pushing through the data until the point where something breaks.
In a hundred years or even 10 years will any of this really matter?
Technology representing all of the slough society creates.
End results are amazing to behold and amount to more than anyone could have ever imagined.
Yet when broken down to base components it is all a bunch of garble.
Pointless and useless garble with no real purpose beyond an immediate gain.
Still this final representation makes something we can all believe in.
It gives us hope for the future by showing us what things could be like.
Substance Vs. Imagination is difficult to compare.

Disillusioned With Reality

Do you ever get the feeling that there might be more to this life than the calm acceptance and understanding of what is real and what is fiction.
For example, something as fundamental as believing in Santa Claus.
When you were a child the feeling behind a belief in something that would be considered insanity if carried into adulthood.
Perhaps there is something more to this reality than we are willing to comprehend.
Perhaps it is a little like blind faith, truly accepted only in religion.
No comparisons are implied between these examples of what is considered reality and what is not.
The true creativity comes from deep inside of us, from what could only be called a soul, and is something we have lost.
If we could just learn to let go of the mundane responsibilities and just let the world flow in a natural way I'm pretty sure we would find something more to this reality.
Perhaps this world would be a better place and we could all learn to get along.
Human nature suggests these concepts I bring forth are not possible.
I struggle to find a way beyond all of this and I wish you all do as well.
I personally feel that I understand my place in this reality much to clearly.
Still Hoping

Proximity Regulation

We all enjoy gathering together in large groups providing a sense of belonging.
Something that shows how much we can accept one another which illustrates the strongest bonds of humanity regardless of race or belief.
In actuality caring is not present.
Pushing and forcing everything until something breaks.
It doesn't matter, either by choice or by ignorance.
The acceleration of society creates a vacuum which degrades this condition further.
Compounding the issue until the solution is unclear.
Forcing all to join together in a false solution without taking the time required to fix the originating cause.
Closer we draw together and inside our hearts and minds we are not connecting.
Compare this to automobile traffic.
Compare it to important political issues that affect us all in the end.
Compare it to the human destruction of everything we come in contact with.
When you really take a step back and look, it seems everyone knows the solution.
The real problem is not even one person truly acts because the whole of society would deject them.
The solution is much too simple and must be accepted.
We must all give equally and unilaterally.

To The Human Race and the Planet

Is this the pinnacle of society?
Have we grown so complacent as to not use the depths of our imaginations to drive the progress of humanity?
We could live on into the future.
We could travel to the depths of infinity.
At the risk of sounding defeatist I will say that these concepts are not new, but will be ignored until the destruction of our kind.
We must plead with ourselves and each other to grow beyond this closed age.
Push forward into something positive that is possible in the face of small adversity.
Change the conceptual thinking to a mode that allows progress for all of mankind.

With Care,
Hermes
